Our Administrative Team is responsible for overseeing a variety of tasks including electric and water billing, payroll, financial activities and many administrative tasks. Council hires a Borough Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day management of all Borough departments and services except the Police Dept and the Fire Dept. The Borough Manager is responsible for the recommending policy initiatives and the direction and administration of the Borough's 20+ employees.
The Code Enforcement and Zoning department handles Code of Ordinances inquiries, covering zoning, building regulations, land development, and subdivisions. The Zoning Officer aids with applications for building, sign, and electric permits, zoning hearing board, and planning commission. You can also get your property's current zoning and permitted uses. Tax and zoning maps are available for review in the zoning office.
