Officer responded to a call from Shop n Save regarding retail theft. Two juvenile females were taken into custody and later released. Charges pending.

Theft - $200 and Over From Auto

Officer was called to investigate a theft on N. Milton St. Theft was from a parked truck and occurred sometime during the night of 4/11/09. Owner discovered a smashed driver side window in the am. A GPS unit and a Sirius satellite radio were missing along with some loose change. Stolen property valued at approximately $250.00.

Officer was dispatched for a report of a 1 vehicle involved crash on W. Beaver Street (Sr 0068) between Muntz Run Road and Ben Venue Road. Vehicle towed. Driver transported by Harmony EMS to hospital for treatment.

Responded to Fidelity Bank parking lot area for an elderly female that hit a tree and jumped a curb. Bank Manager notified and incident cleared.

 

 

12/23/09 Motor Vehicle Accident

 While on patrol Officer came across a minor traffic incident at the intersection of Rt. 68 at Pittsburgh St. in Harmony Borough. A delivery truck was parked in front of Fox Pizza. Driver traveling east on Rt.68 struck the passenger side mirror on the rear of the delivery truck damaging his the mirror.

 

12/23/09 Motor Vehicle Accident

Officer dispatched to a Hit and Run accident on Main St. near Mussigs. Visible damage to vehicle to the drivers side rear tailgate area and the tail light lens. Responsible party located and they will take care of the damages.

Vehicle on Kasing Dr was stopped at the stop sign. Vehicle 2,  was traveling west on Rt. 68. Vehicle 1 thought Vehicle 2 was turning on to Kasing and pulled out in front of him. Vehicle 2 had his four way flashers activated on his vehicle.

Vehicle owner near Clay St reported unknown individual entered vehicle and scattered items about the interior. No items appeared to be missing.

Officer dispatched to Muntz Run Rd for a vehicle accident. Officer arrived on scene and found that the vehicle  needed winched off of an embankment. Hockenbergers arrived on scene and removed it from the embankment.
