The Borough Office is
responsible for electric and water billing, payroll,
financial activities and many administrative tasks.
Council hires a Borough Manager who is responsible for the
day-to-day management of all Borough departments and services except the
Police Dept and the Fire Dept.
The Borough Manager is responsible for the recommending policy initiatives and
the direction and administration of the Borough's 20+ employees.
